Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Aiyubot as a user: you build and run AI agents and AI teams, connect them to your channels and tools, buy skills and templates from the Marketplace, and hire experts.
If you also use Aiyubot as an Expert or a Publisher, the terms for those roles apply whenever you act in them. Use the switch above to read them. Privacy questions go to privacy@aiyubot.com.
The Aiyubot Terms of Service for Users is made up of the following agreements:
- User Agreement
The main agreement: who can use Aiyubot, your account and content, our rights, liability and how this agreement ends.
- AI & Agent Terms
The AI models behind your agents, who owns input and output, the limits of AI, and your responsibility for what your agents do.
- Acceptable Use Policy
What you and your agents may not do with Aiyubot.
- Plans, Credits & Billing Terms
Plans and the free trial, how credits are bought and spent, renewals, auto-recharge, the Spend Limit, unpaid balances and refunds.
- Marketplace & Third-Party Services
Buying skills and team templates from independent publishers, and using third-party channels, integrations and providers.
- Hiring Experts
Posting jobs, agreeing and funding work with experts, reviews, concerns and refunds, and keeping work on Aiyubot.
- Copyright & IP Infringement Policy
How to report content that infringes your rights, and how to respond if your content is reported.
- Referral Program Terms
What you earn when someone you invite becomes a paying customer, and the rules that keep referrals fair.
- Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, the cookies we set and the choices you have.
