Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Aiyubot as an expert: you offer professional services to Aiyubot users, agree work with them through milestones, daily or weekly agreements and hourly sessions, and are paid through the platform.
If you also use Aiyubot as a User or a Publisher, the terms for those roles apply whenever you act in them. Use the switch above to read them.
The Aiyubot Terms of Service for Experts is made up of the following agreements:
- Expert Agreement
The main agreement: your account, how Aiyubot relates to you and your clients, payments, conduct, liability and ending the agreement.
- Milestone Payment Instructions
How fixed-price milestones are proposed, funded, submitted, reviewed, released, disputed and refunded.
- Hourly & Session Payment Instructions
Daily and weekly agreements, the work diary, how periods are billed and paid, and instant hourly sessions.
- Fees & Payouts Agreement
Platform fees, payout methods, withdrawal minimums and charges, currency, holds and payout security.
- Expert Membership Policy
Applying, approval and profile standards, proposals, the directory, and equal treatment.
- Default Service Contract Terms
The default terms between an expert and a client when they have not agreed their own: ownership, confidentiality and conduct.
- Non-Circumvention & Conduct Policy
Keeping communication and payment on Aiyubot, sharing contact details, professional conduct and what happens when the rules are broken.
- Copyright & IP Infringement Policy
How to report content that infringes your rights, and how to respond if your content is reported.
- Referral Program Terms
What you earn when someone you invite becomes a paying customer, and the rules that keep referrals fair.
