Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Aiyubot as a publisher: you build skills, automations and team templates, publish them on the Aiyubot Marketplace, and earn when members buy them.
Please read them carefully. They explain the rights you keep and grant, how review and payouts work, and contain an agreement to arbitrate disputes and a class action waiver.
If you also use Aiyubot as a User or an Expert, the terms for those roles apply whenever you act in them. Use the switch above to read them.
The Aiyubot Terms of Service for Publishers is made up of the following agreements:
- Publisher Agreement
The main agreement: your account, what you may publish and how, the rights you keep and grant, conduct, liability and termination.
- Marketplace Item License
The licence every buyer receives to your Item, and what buyers may and may not do with it.
- Earnings, Payouts, Taxes & Refunds
How sales are paid and split, when earnings become available, payout methods, taxes, refunds and chargebacks.
- Content & Review Policy
What Items must and must not do, package limits, fair play, and how automatic checks and our review team decide what goes live.
- AI Tools Terms
The AI features that help you build and publish, what they cost, and your responsibility for what they produce.
- Copyright & IP Infringement Policy
How to report content that infringes your rights, and how to respond if your content is reported.
- Referral Program Terms
What you earn when someone you invite becomes a paying customer, and the rules that keep referrals fair.
- Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, the cookies we set and the choices you have.
