1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information when you register or subscribe. We also collect usage data such as agent configurations, deployment logs, and platform interactions to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails and service updates; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as Stripe for payments, and cloud infrastructure providers). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

AiyuBot uses cookies and similar browser storage. Essential ones keep the Service working and are always on. The others are optional: they stay off until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time. Your choice is stored in a cookie called aiyubot_cookie_consent for 180 days. The categories are:

• Essential (always on) These make AiyuBot work on this browser, so they are always on. They are never used for advertising.

  • Keeps you signed in and protects your account.
  • Ties connector authorizations (the hmcp_* cookies) to the browser that approved them.
  • Carries a payment or card set-up across the redirect to your payment provider and back.
  • When you sign in, sign up, pay or set up payouts, our security and payment providers (Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex) may set their own cookies, which they need to block bots and complete the payment.
  • Remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every visit.
  • Remembers settings you choose yourself, such as theme, language, panel layout, support launcher position and model choices.

• Analytics (optional) Sends error reports from your browser to our error-monitoring service (Sentry), so we can find and fix crashes.

  • Sends a report when something breaks in your browser, with technical details such as the error, the page you were on, your browser type and the last few clicks, page loads, requests and log messages before it.
  • Does not record or replay your screen and is not used for advertising.

• Marketing (optional) Remembers the referral link that brought you to AiyuBot, so the person who referred you gets credit when you sign up.

  • Saves the referral code from a link you followed (aiyubot_ref): in a cookie for up to 30 days, and in this browser's local storage until you clear it or turn this off.
  • Counts visits to referral links, so referrers can see how many people clicked.
  • Involves no advertising networks and no tracking across other websites.

• Embedded media (optional) Plays Marketplace skill demo videos from YouTube inside AiyuBot.

  • Loads YouTube's player in a skill's preview in the Marketplace.
  • YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies when a video loads. Those cookies are controlled by Google.
  • Without it, a skill's preview shows a link to watch the video on YouTube instead.

Declining optional cookies never blocks access to the Service. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may affect some features of the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@aiyubot.com.

8. Children's Privacy

AiyuBot is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of AiyuBot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
