Non-Circumvention & Conduct Policy
1. Keep payment on Aiyubot
For 24 months from the time you first meet a client through Aiyubot, all payment for work with that client (or the business they act for) must go through Aiyubot, unless Aiyubot agrees otherwise in writing. This does not apply to a client you could prove you were already working with before meeting them on Aiyubot.
During that time you may not:
- offer, ask for or accept payment outside Aiyubot, including tips, bonuses or expenses;
- offer a discount for paying off-platform, or send your own invoice, payment link, bank or wallet details;
- keep a contract artificially small and settle the rest elsewhere, or deliver work privately;
- cancel an agreement in order to continue the same work outside Aiyubot; or
- refer the client to someone else to be paid outside Aiyubot.
Accepting such an offer is as much a breach as making it. If someone proposes it, tell us.
2. Contact details before a contract
Before an agreement exists, communicate only through Aiyubot. Do not share or ask for email addresses, phone numbers (including disguised ones), messenger or social handles, websites, CVs or payment IDs — including inside files and their metadata, in your profile, proposals or briefs.
Once a funded agreement exists, you may share what the work genuinely needs, such as a meeting link, screen sharing or repository access, but never payment details.
3. Professional conduct
Be truthful, ask when something is unclear, raise changes early and stay civil. Abuse, harassment, plagiarism, fake reviews, demanding unpaid test work, and going silent on funded work (which counts as abandoning it) are not allowed.
4. Reporting
Report circumvention or misconduct through Contact Support in the Help Center with the subject "Trust & safety / circumvention", or by email to support@aiyubot.com. Reports are kept confidential.
5. Consequences
Breaking this policy is a material breach of the Expert Agreement. Depending on how serious it is and whether it is repeated, Aiyubot may: issue a warning; remove content and issue a formal warning; restrict your access, hold your payouts and close the contract; or permanently close your account. People whose accounts are closed may not open new ones.
