Expert Membership Policy
1. Applying
To apply, you give your profession, at least one specialty, your hourly rate (at least US$1), your availability, your country and time zone, and optionally a bio, a photo and supporting documents. Your application is reviewed by Aiyubot.
- Draft — waiting for identity verification to pass.
- Pending — submitted and waiting for review.
- Approved — your profile is live and you can send proposals.
- Rejected — with a reason. You can update your application and submit it again.
- Blocked — your expert profile is suspended. Contact support about the decision.
2. Profile standards
Everything on your profile must be true and your own: your skills, experience, rate, availability and location, your photo and any documents you upload. Profiles may not contain contact details or links that let clients reach you outside Aiyubot. Aiyubot may correct or remove profile information that breaks these rules, change badges, and edit details to keep the directory accurate.
3. The expert directory
Approved experts are shown to signed-in users in the expert directory, which can be searched and is ordered by ratings and other factors we choose. Placement is not guaranteed. Badges and ratings are informational and are not Aiyubot's guarantee of identity, quality or results.
4. Proposals
Approved experts can send one proposal per job, free of charge, with a bid, a delivery time, a cover letter and up to 10 attachments. You can withdraw a proposal and send a new one. Clients can view, shortlist or decline proposals. Proposals must be written for the job, by you, truthfully; copied or automated mass proposals are not allowed.
5. Equal treatment
You may not refuse, price or treat work differently because of a person's race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law, and you may not use Aiyubot to publish discriminatory content.
