Terms of Service

Skills, automations and team templates on the Aiyubot Marketplace (Items) are made by independent publishers, not by Aiyubot, unless a listing says otherwise. Items pass automatic safety checks on their package contents, and may be reviewed by our team, but Aiyubot does not test every Item, does not guarantee its quality, safety or legality, and does not endorse it. Read the listing and watch its video before you install.

• Items are free, a one-time purchase, a monthly subscription, or freemium (free for a set number of days, then paid). A publisher may offer a free trial of 3, 7 or 14 days.
• Paid Items are bought by card through Stripe checkout or with PayPal, at the price shown.
• Monthly Items renew each month until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period.
• When a freemium or trial period ends, the saved card is charged the listed price; if the charge fails, access ends.
• Purchases are not refundable on request. If a payment is refunded, access to the Item ends.

Buying or installing an Item gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own Aiyubot workspace, for your personal or business purposes, for as long as you have access to it. You do not acquire ownership. You may adapt an installed Item for your own use, but you may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the Item or a modified copy of it, inside or outside Aiyubot.

A one-time purchase does not expire, but uninstalling it ends the purchase, and installing it again is charged again. Installed Items are not updated automatically; reinstalling gets the publisher's latest version.

An Item is unpacked into your workspace, can run code and setup commands there, and may add tools and scheduled jobs to your agents. Some Items need API keys; the keys you enter are stored encrypted in your API Key Wallet and given to the Item. Install only Items you trust, and give them only the keys and access they need.

A publisher or Aiyubot may stop offering an Item at any time. We may disable or remove an Item, including one you have installed, if it is unsafe, infringing or unlawful.

The Service connects to services we do not control: messaging channels, app integrations you authorise, MCP servers you add, AI providers you bring your own key for, payment processors and websites your agents visit. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for them. You use them at your own risk and release Aiyubot from liability arising from them.
