Terms of Service

• The Item must work as its listing describes, and the listing must be accurate and not misleading.
• The YouTube video must show the actual Item working, and the cover image must represent it honestly.
• Declare every key or secret the Item needs, so buyers supply their own; never ship your own keys, and keep secrets out of MCP settings.
• Setup commands may install only what the Item needs to run. They run in the buyer's workspace, with time limits for each step.
• State in the listing which outside services the Item contacts and what data it sends to them.

• malware, backdoors, hidden or undisclosed behaviour, or code that collects or sends data, credentials or keys for purposes the listing does not describe;
• cryptocurrency mining, or using buyers' resources for your own purposes;
• tools for spam, abuse, fraud, phishing or unauthorised access;
• Items that get around Aiyubot's billing, credits, usage limits or security, or break the terms of the channels and AI providers they use;
• content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, defamatory or harassing;
• Items, code, images or videos that infringe anyone's rights, or that copy another publisher's Item; and
• listings that make false claims, including false ratings, reviews or endorsements.

Do not inflate installs, downloads or sales, for example by buying or installing your own Items or arranging others to; publish duplicate or near-duplicate Items or spam listings; stuff listings with misleading keywords; or otherwise manipulate how Items are ranked or displayed.

• ZIP packages up to 50 MB, up to 100 MB and 5,000 files when unpacked. Symbolic links, executable files and compiled binaries are not accepted.
• Team templates up to 16 agents, nested up to 3 levels deep with up to 8 agents under any one agent; agent files up to 1 MB each and 20 MB in total.
• Advanced Builder Items up to 20 scripts, 256 KB each and 1 MB in total, with instructions up to 30,000 characters.
• Cover images in PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 10 MB; descriptions up to 20,000 characters.

Every upload and every update goes through automatic safety checks on the package's contents. A new Item that passes them may go live immediately, without waiting for a person. Our team may review any Item at any time, before or after it goes live. Passing the checks or a review does not mean Aiyubot has tested or endorses an Item.

An Item can be:

• Draft — not yet submitted or restored to draft.
• In review — waiting for our team; it cannot be edited until the review ends.
• Published — live on the Marketplace.
• Changes requested — our team has asked for changes, with a reason; update the Item and resubmit it.
• Rejected — not accepted, with a reason. You can address the reason and resubmit.
• Unpublished — taken off the Marketplace, by you or by our team with a reason.

When our team rejects, unpublishes or requests changes to an Item, it stays on hold and can go live again only after our team approves it; resubmitting puts it back in review. We notify you of approvals, rejections, change requests, unpublishing, comments from our team, automatic publication and sales.

We may hold, unpublish, reject or remove any Item at any time and for any reason at our discretion, including the reasons in the Publisher Agreement. Repeated or serious breaches of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
