Terms of Service

The publishing tools include AI features, such as "Fix it with AI", which fills in a missing name or description in your SKILL.md, and AI conversion of plugin packages into skills. We may change, restrict or withdraw them at any time without notice.

AI features are charged to your Aiyubot credit balance at the usage rates shown in the product, including when the AI cannot complete the task — for example when a plugin turns out not to be convertible. They may also be subject to usage limits.

AI features run on models from third-party providers, which we may add, remove or change. We do not control those providers, are not affiliated with them unless we say so, and are not liable for them. You have no right to access their services directly through Aiyubot except through these features.

You are solely responsible for what you submit to an AI feature, including your package files and prompts. You must have every right and consent needed to submit it, and it must not break the law, anyone's privacy or confidentiality, or our policies. We store your input and the output with your Item draft as described in our Privacy Policy, may limit how long output is kept, and do not guarantee it will be kept indefinitely.

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or not what you asked for. Aiyubot makes no promise about its accuracy, or that it is free of third-party rights.
• Review and test every output before you publish it. You are responsible for your Item and listing as published, whether or not an AI tool helped produce them.
• Output is not professional, financial, legal or medical advice.
• Do not use AI tools to create content about a real person, or using their name, voice or likeness, without their consent, or to make decisions that affect people's rights.
• Output that is incorrect or offensive does not represent Aiyubot's views, and a mention of a third-party product in output is not an endorsement.
