AI & Agent Terms
1. Third-party AI models
Your agents run on generative AI models from third-party providers, reached through Aiyubot's model gateway (including models listed by OpenRouter), and, if you bring your own API key, directly through that provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, xAI, Groq, DeepSeek or others offered in the product). We may add, change or remove models and providers. When you use your own key, your use is also governed by that provider's terms and billed by it.
2. Input and output
What you give an agent (prompts, files, data, instructions) is Input, and what it produces (text, code, files, messages, images, audio) is Output. Both are Your Content under the User Agreement and you keep your rights in them.
3. Limits of AI
- Output may not be unique: other users may receive the same or similar output.
- Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date even when it sounds confident and specific, and models may not know about recent events.
- Check facts independently and have a person review output before relying on it or acting on it, especially for decisions that affect people.
4. Agents act on your behalf
Your agents can send and reply to messages on the channels you connect (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or Gmail), run scheduled jobs, respond to webhooks and inbound email, call tools and the integrations and MCP servers you connect, and work with the files and knowledge you give them. You are responsible for everything your agents do and send, as if you had done it yourself.
Configure your agents' tools, permissions and channels with care. Where an agent offers a draft for approval ("Approve & Send"), review it before approving. You must follow the terms of every channel and service your agents use, and tell people they are talking to an AI where the law or the channel requires it. On the Free plan, agent replies may carry a "Powered by AiyuBot" note.
5. Training
Aiyubot does not use your Input or Output to train AI models, and does not allow anyone else to, without your express consent. The model providers that process your requests handle data under their own terms and policies.
6. Data retention
Your chats, agent memory, files and knowledge stay in your workspace until you delete them or your account is closed; conversations in the web chat are also kept as memory files inside your agents' workspace. AI providers may keep Input and Output for a limited time to monitor for abuse and for legal compliance, and may keep it longer where it is confirmed to be unlawful, as their policies allow.
7. Service providers
You instruct Aiyubot and its service providers to process the personal data in your content as needed to run your agents. These include AI model providers and gateways (such as OpenRouter and the providers it routes to), payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), email delivery, cloud hosting, web-search, voice (ElevenLabs and Deepgram), app-integration (Composio, when enabled), identity-verification (IDAnalyzer, for experts and publishers) and bot-protection (Cloudflare) providers.
8. Responsible AI
We keep internal governance over how AI is used in the Service, review it periodically, and comply with the laws that apply to our use and deployment of AI.
