Acceptable Use Policy
You must not, and must not let or help anyone else, including your agents, use the Service in the ways below. This policy applies to everything you do on Aiyubot and to everything your agents send.
1. Our systems
- reverse engineer, decompile or decode the Service, or copy, resell, sublicense, rent or build derivative works of it;
- scrape or mine the Service with bots, spiders or other automated means, except through features we provide for that purpose;
- overload, flood, spam or disrupt the Service, other users, or the servers and networks behind it;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass its security, authentication, pricing, credit or usage-limit controls;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code; or
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to develop or train foundation models, or publish benchmarks of it without our consent.
2. Accounts and identity
- impersonate anyone, misrepresent your affiliation, or hide your identity to evade our rules;
- use another person's credentials, or share yours;
- imply that Aiyubot endorses or partners with you without our written consent; or
- create accounts to get around a suspension, limit or trial rule.
3. Messaging and channels
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore opt-out requests;
- send abusive, harassing, deceptive, phishing or fraudulent messages;
- hide the fact that people are talking to an AI where the law or the channel requires disclosure; or
- break the terms and policies of the channels and services your agents use, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams and Google, or of the AI providers whose models you use.
4. Unlawful and harmful content
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property, privacy and publicity rights;
- create or spread content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploits minors, promotes hatred or violence, or is otherwise harmful;
- remove or obscure watermarks, metadata or signatures that show content was generated by AI, or present AI output as human-written where that would deceive;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis, or build profiles of people for mass surveillance or discrimination; or
- make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as employment, credit, housing, insurance or legal rights) without meaningful human review.
5. Sensitive data
Do not put the following into the Service unless we have agreed in writing that you may: payment-card data covered by PCI DSS; government ID numbers; biometric identifiers; health information protected by laws such as HIPAA; special categories of personal data under data-protection law; export-controlled technical data; or personal data of children under 13 (or the higher age of consent where you live).
6. High-risk uses
- designing or developing biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or other weapons of mass destruction;
- operating critical infrastructure or other systems where a failure could cause death, injury, or serious environmental or property damage;
- clinical diagnosis or treatment, or as a substitute for professional medical advice (administrative tasks such as scheduling are fine);
- uses banned or classed as high-risk under the EU AI Act or similar laws, unless you meet every requirement those laws impose; or
- denial-of-service attacks, gambling or lotteries, automated ticket buying, trading of virtual currencies or game items, search-engine manipulation, or paid survey-completion schemes.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, pause or disconnect agents and channels, and suspend or close accounts. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.
